Exciting, exclusive opportunity for an experienced Part-Time Accounts Assistant with our client in Nottingham - NG7 (On a fab tram route and parking onsite for all employees). Permanent Opportunity to join their business with a salary of up to £22k depending on experience plus a range of really fab benefits including flexi-time.
You need to have really well developed interpersonal skills as your ledger has a mix of key customers and smaller customer accounts. You will ensure that each day orders are checked and released having reviewed the customer account and taking payments if required. On your ledger you will have responsibility for c600 customers, and the mix of your time will be approx 70% chasing customers for payment and the rest covering a mix of sales ledger tasks and month end procedures.
