Schedule:
Equans is looking for a Plumber to join our team in Birmingham on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle and benefits package.

What will you deliver?
Carry out plumbing / wet plumbing tasks./ Tiling / Small Joinery tasks / Small areas of plastering
Assist with the adherence to the Company quality standards
Maintain and care for all company tools
To use appropriate safety equipment
To ensure areas of work are left clean and tidy at the end of the day
To be responsible for holding keys for communal entrances, meter cupboards and allow access where appropriate
Ensure accurate / timely completion of any relevant site based documentation

Who are we looking for?
Plumbing Qualification
Plumbing experience in a social Housing setting
Up to date relevant industry related knowledge
Understanding of local government

Experience of Partnership arrangements
