We have recently been instructed by our client, a top 50 law firm in Birmingham, in relation to an opportunity for a NQ+ Solicitor to join their growing Property Litigation team. This role presents an excellent opportunity for a junior Property Litigator who is seeking a varied and challenging role.
About the role
This national Property Litigation team is highly regarded in directories and advises on all aspects of property related disputes. The team in Birmingham acts for private and private sector landlords, tenants and real estate developers as well as NHS Trusts, Housing Associations and local authorities. This role will involve managing a mixed caseload of property litigation work with an emphasis on defendant housing disrepair work.
About you
The team are looking to grow their offering therefore the Property Litigation Solicitor will be a UK qualified lawyer with ideally 0-3 years post qualification experience in Property Litigation.
You will enjoy black letter law and will be able to demonstrate exceptional technical skills, excellent organisational and communication skills, a high degree of initiative along with the ability to provide a first rate client service both internally and externally.
