The Skills Development Officer supports a range of projects and work. A particular area of focus for this contract will be supporting delivery of the Workforce for the future programming. With a varied workload, this role provides administration and evaluation support across all skills activity, builds relationships with museums, galleries and external partners, and supports and promotes MGS skills activity.
An excellent communicator who shows initiative and builds strong and effective relationships, the Skills Development Officer brings a strong interest in vocational learning and skills development and an understanding of the education landscape in Scotland. They bring strong adminsitrative skills and seek out opportunities and agile ways of working to develop content and enhance the MGS skills offer.
