The Shropshire Community Dental Service is looking to recruit a Dental Receptionist/Clerical Officer with previous reception experience to work primarily within our Community Dental Team in Shrewsbury. They will also be required to provide cover at our other four Community Dental locations as and when required.
The post holder will carry out reception duties, organise patient appointments, take patient payments, and file and maintain electronic and manual information which includes using various patient administration systems. The successful applicant will provide an effective customer focused service and be able to organise and prioritise their work. The post holder must be able to meet the travel needs of the post.
