Shift patterns: Rotational
PLEASE NOTE: The role is based within an Airport. You will be required to under-go Security Vetting Processes ( including a criminal record check ) if you are to be successful for this position.
DHL work in partnership with easyJet at Bristol Airport to provide all ground handling within their Bristol operation. No two days on our Aviation contract are the same! You will play an integral role in the ground handling operation, working to tight timeframes but delivering fantastic results.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
- To consistently deliver the highest customer service
- Making the customers journey positively memorable
- Processing customers using manual and automated systems
- Assisting customers during disruption
- Securing a safe and effective turnaround from arrival to departure.
- Complete all paperwork relating to the aircraft turnaround.
- Contacting third party suppliers.
- Ensure compliance in both airline and airport policies

SECURITY PROCESS TO WORK WITHIN AVIATION AND TRAVEL AT DHL
- Be able to provide 5 years address history
- Be able to provide 5 years reference history (employment/education/benefit claim/character)
- To obtain a full airside ID
